The home selling process can be intimidating. Without an agent, the photographs are the whole first showing. We walk the owner through every step of the photography process and provide guidance on staging. You get exactly what an agent's listing gets. No travel charge within 25 miles of Ypsilanti — Ann Arbor, Saline, Dexter, Chelsea, Milan, Plymouth, Canton, Belleville. Beyond that, $45 flat to 50 miles, and $1.25 a mile past it. Detroit, Brighton, Northville, and Jackson all fall inside the flat.

Rooms are photographed to hold their proportion, sightlines, and detail, so a buyer scrolling on their phone can tell how the space is actually put together.
Each property is scouted for sun angle and photographed in the hours it actually looks like itself, so the listing shows the house rather than a rushed walkthrough of it.
Vacant or staged, twilight or midday, one address or a portfolio of them — the shoot is scoped around how you actually sell, not a fixed package.

Why is it priced by square footage instead of by photo count?
Because size is the only thing that actually changes the work; more rooms to shoot, more frames to edit. Photo counts are never quoted here. Every home is photographed completely, and the room that takes the longest is not an upcharge.
How far in advance do I need to book a real estate photographer?
Three business days is comfortable and same-week is normal. If a listing has to go live tomorrow, ask anyway. I will make it if I can. Rush delivery by 9 a.m. the next morning is $95.
Do you offer discounts for agents who list regularly?
Yes. After the fourth listing in a rolling quarter, the base rate drops ten percent and stays there, with nothing to sign and no package to buy up front. Teams shooting eight or more listings a quarter can set a flat per-listing rate for the year.
How long does a real estate photo shoot take?
Usually ninety minutes to three hours, depending on the size of the home. I work quietly around whoever is there, and the furniture goes back where it was.
Does the house need to be staged before the photo shoot?
No, but it should be tidy. After booking you get a one-page prep note covering what to clear, what to turn on, and what to leave alone. The goal is mainly to remove personal or identifiable items.
Do I need to be there for the shoot?
No. Lockbox or key access is fine, and most agents are not on site. If you would rather walk it with us, that works too.
Who owns the listing photos?
Paaause holds the copyright, and you get unlimited use for the listing and for your own marketing, permanently and including after the home sells. Third-party publication licensing is handled per request.
What happens if the weather is bad on shoot day?
Interiors go ahead as scheduled but try to be mindful of the outdoor condition as filtered sunlight can help fill in shadows and add warmth. If the exterior light is wrong, we come back for the front elevation at no charge rather than deliver a gray photograph of your listing. Same with twilight photography, real is better than virtual and we try to be mindful of that.
